Question About JVC Speaker System UX-G33

Dear JVC, I hope this e - mail coming from Tahiti finds you well. Several moths ago my Wife purchased A UX-G33 Micro component System from somebody leaving Tahiti. It used work extremely well. The problem is now I can not get the Compact disc tray to open and come out so that I may insert a compact disc. Most sincerely, Laurance Rudzinoff
