WHY DOES THE DISPLAY GO THRU THE JVC CYCLE ONCE EVERY 15 SECONDS. IT STARTED HAPPENING WHEN I UNPLUGGED THE BATTERY AND RECONNECTED. I SET THE TIME AND PROGRAMMED THE STATIONS NO PROBLEM. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE, SIL
