Question About JVC CD Player XL-R86BK
connection...

I'm trying to connect the cd player to my comcast cable box; but I have a switch connection. I have a DVD, cable, and TV connected to the 5 button switch and I'm having difficulty connecting the CD. There is no sound. The CD player only has black and white cable connectors. Do I need a yellow? Can you please tell me what I'm doing wrong?
