0 Its like I can not receive the solution to my problem. I regret buying the JVC stereo. I think if you know that the product model MX-DK1 up to MX-DK5 have given your customers the same problem it better to make or come up with the software and pack together with the stereos in order to avoid inconveniences to the part of the customer. It has come to my attention that most if not all those who have purchased this product model MX-DK1 have been disappointed just like me. Thanks so much. Bye!
