My Jenson media pro 5000 just quit working, I took...

My Jenson media pro 5000 just quit working, I took the radio/cd player into a repair shop, they hooked it up & the system worked. I reinstalled it in my trailer, checked all the fuses but nothing happens. Any suggestions?.
