4 I had the same problem with my Jabra BT2010 and this worked for me. Turn on bluetooth on your iPhone then press and hold the answer/end call button on the headset for at least 5 seconds. Hold until the light stays blue (I was stopping pressing as soon as it starts flashing and this is why it wasn't pairing initially). Press pair with this device and input the code, usually 0000 and it should work. Hope this helps
