when i turn on my stero it goes into stand by in about a few sec how do i fix this

0 If the NS-R5100 goes into standby in about two seconds, after the volume setting and default input show up on the display, it usually means one of the following: One of the ten pairs of output transistors in the unit has blown or shorted. or Either some voltage in the low level is absent due to either diode shorted zener diode or defective regulator.

0 Basically it needs repair, if you are not under a warranty or extended warranty, you will have to pay for the repairs. And there are five pairs (ten) output transistors, sorry for the error.
