Can't eject disc, there's a disc in the player but it won't open the tray

5 One or more of the discs is most likely out of place. Open the case and remove or adjust the misplaced disc(s) and it will operate as expected once again.

0 Is there any way I can get a remote control for my unit? Best Buy can't and neither can Insignia.
