Question About GN Netcom Headphones None
Reset Button...

Thanks everyone in advance for your help! The headset isn't connecting to the base, it's plugged in and fully charged, but not connecting. This has happened once before and the tech simply reset it. I'm looking for instructions on how exactly to do this! Thanks again!

0 just unplug the power of the headset base -first make sure the headset is set on the base and then plug back in at the same time holding the headset on the base (wait for all lights to turn red and it should stay red for at least 15-20 sec) - which means the headset is being reconfigured
