My GE GTD 120 has a DVD in it that stopped and got...

My GE GTD 120 has a DVD in it that stopped and got stuck. I can't advance it or shut it off. I can't even open the door to get the DVD out and it is a Red Box DVD that I am paying for by the day. Please help. My email is gruenfam@chorus.net. Sue
