Pairing...

I have this er piece, but after trying numerous times, pairing it to my samsung m320 cellphone. message i get is pairng failed. tried the (0000)pass code, nothing works. I even brought it back to the store and exchanged it, the same thing happens. Any help, ideas or anything.. Thanks
