I can not get the faceplate to open to allow me access to the cd slot, or the display portion of the unit. Also, when you push the buttons on the faceplate nothing happens. For example, you can push power but it won't turn off, you can push open and nothing happens, you can push the eject button to eject the disk and nothing. The volume button however does work.
