This is actually for my parents system. My mother runs a multi zone system with wall speakers in ever room. She has at least 2 zones i know for sure. Recently a sister of mine was trying to turn it on and pushed some buttons resulting in the zone 2 to stop coming on. When my mother accesses it or trys to play music over zone 2 the zone 2 light won't even come up and no sound comes out of that zone. I know this question is pretty vague and I didn't have time to really discuss it with my mother, but she exhausted all of her 'known' ways of trying to turn it on and she can't get the installer to come out and look at it.
