I have my system set up with component video, but am considering going with HDMI. The manual is not clear about hooking up a cable TV HDVR. My cable box is a Scientific Atlantic Explorer 8300HD. My monitor goes to a Panasonic PT-AX100U. I also have a Denon DVD-557 video player. My plan is to use HDMI cables as follows: HDMI Monitor (out) to the Panasonic projector HDMI (in) 1 from the Cable HDVR (SA Explorer 8300 HD) HDMI (in) 2 from the Denon DVD-557 As I read the manual, I need to select "Amp" at the "HDMI In Assign." Is this connection sequence correct? Are there any other "Assignments" I need to make?
