4 Why do the receiver goes into protection mode everytime I turn it on.

3 Either A: speaker terminals are short circuited. Turn power off, correct and turn power back on. B: Ventilation holes are blocked (or continuous high usage), turn off, remove obstruction or move to a better ventilated place, allow to cool, resume power.
