Trying to use this product on my Toshiba LCD and Direct TV HD receiver. Can only get sound when using the volume control manually. Also the sound is off about a second with people talking or singing. Works fine hooked up to my DVD player. But still have to use the manual volume control. I've tried everything. Can you help? Thanks!! Don Morgan Mesquite, Texas
