Everything seems to work except I can't get any sound no matter how high I turn up the volume. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks. P.S. This is a used player that they said was fully tested and working. It looks brand new--no wear on outside or inside. Also no manual came with it. Can you walk me through the steps to play in case I'm making a mistake.
