Everything appears to be hooked up correctly to my telephone, except for the "ring detector". There doesn't appear to be any instructions in the manual for this piece of equipment, but there is a diagram that shows how/where this particular portion of the unit goes, but it just doesn't seem to work. I have to be within hearing distance of the telephone, then just answer it from the headset. But I can't get out of visual contact with my phone otherwise I have no way of knowing that it's ringing.
