I just was given an AWH54/AWH55+ headset by my office manager. When connected to my phone (we disconnected the handset and connected the headset connection) - 5 multiple trip lines and 2 intercom lines. My intercom or outside line is always showing busy. Is there a way to correct this problem. I am turning the handset off in between calls. I am at a loss. Thank you for your assistance. I tried putting the handset back on the cradle, however, the speaker phone then turns on.We have a Lucent - Partner 18D telephone. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
