The bass volume control on the subwoofer is not working properly. I've got to turn the control knob - to + and flick it with my finger to make the adjustment "stick" to the appropriate level when playing music on my PC. I'm sure it's just a loose wire but I can't get that subwoofer pryed open after removing the screws and I really don't want to force it open in case makking matters worse inside the shell. I would like to see if the troubleshooting section has any tips for my problem. CC
