New Dongle sent to me by you does NOT pair with my...

New Dongle sent to me by you does NOT pair with my speaker...no matter what I do. I uninstalled my old drivers, plugged in the new dongle and it still doesn't work. Help! I love this speaker. Can a new dongle not work with a different speaker? They do not seem to be interchangeable. Donna
