I recently bought yhe altec lansing vs2721 product second hand without the manuel. After putting toghether the product i spent some time putting in the connector and plugged evething in and a tried it out... No sound, i then connected it to my tv using the cable connected to the controller into the headphone jack on my tv still no sound HELP me please
