how can i get these bx1221to go on...

my computor had a PROBLEM AND REMOVED THE FILE OR PROGRAM FROM REALTEK AUDITOSOUND SYSTEM AND I CAN NOT GET IT TO REINSTALL I HAVE TRYIED FOR HOURS SO HOW DO I GET THESE BX1221 TO WORK???????
