I bought some altec Lansing speakers used without ...

I bought some altec Lansing speakers used without any cables. It doesn't have a model number but it seems to be the same as the ACS 200 speakers that I have. That one uses a din 8 pin cable. I have an extra din 5 pin cable. Will that work the same as the din 8 pin?
