Hooked up unit and test ran it before locking it into dash worked fine and read the ipod and played from Ipod great, Alpine logo went on the Ipod and everything. Locked it into dash and now I can plug in Ipod and it recognizes that there is something plugged in but the deck always says it is searching for it and thats all. Any hints on the problem. Tried unplugging and hitting reset and got nothing. Ipod is compatible and it 4gb nano version.
