Tape player does not play - just makes clicking sound, and door locks with tape inside the Deck 2 side. Noise happens in both player sections. I was able to get tape out by going inside cabinet and rotating wheels until mechanism returned to "home" position so door could open. Any suggestions? By the way, I am an old Navy electronics technician, and would like to have service and repair info on the system.
