My CA-MXDK51 has stopped functioning. It asks to insert the Upgrade Disk. I tried the Victor link (http://cs.jvc-vtb.co.jp)but it did not allow access without a firewall password. Could you help me get the upgrade file? Thank!

My unit will not shut off. When I plugged it in it goes on. When I try to shut it down, it says "good-bye" then immediately starts up with "hello" and cycles through all areas and does not stop until I unplug the unit. Please help.
