E2g
Sound Isolating Earphones
Sound isolating gaming earphones
with Dynamic MicroDriver
technology for full-frequency
audio. Lightweight and compact,
the E2g is a perfect choice for
enhancing portable gaming
devices and other audio sources.
INSERTING THE EARPHONES
If the earphone seems to be lacking in low frequency response (bass), check
the tightness of the seal between the earphone and your ear, or try one of the
other sleeve options.
Warning:
Do not push the earphone sleeve beyond the ear canal opening.
WEARING THE EARPHONES
Two popular methods for wearing the earphones are illustrated below.
CHOOSING AN EARPHONE SLEEVE
Your earphones come with a selection of sleeves. Make sure the sleeve you
use is easy to insert into your ear, fits comfortably, and is easy to remove from
your ear.
WAX GUARD
You should place wax guards on the nozzle of your E2g earphones before using
them. These protective rings are found on an adhesive strip in the fit kit that
comes with your earphones.
To place a wax guard on one of your E2g earphones:
Remove the sleeve from the earphone nozzle.
If there is a dirty wax guard on the earphone, peel it off.
Clean the tip of the E2g nozzle with an antiseptic or alcohol wipe.
Make sure that the tip of the nozzle is dry, then remove a wax guard from the
supplied strip and place it on the tip of the nozzle, adhesive side down.
Replace the sleeve on the earphone.

Make sure that the sleeve completely
covers the earphone stem. If any part
of the nozzle is exposed, the sleeve is
not properly installed.
Foam Sleeves
When using the foam sleeves, compress the sleeve between
your fingers before inserting it into the ear canal. Hold the
earphone in place for about ten seconds while the foam
expands and creates a tight seal.
Soft Flex Sleeves
In small, medium, and large sizes. Made from pliable rubber.
Stem
Wax Guard
Tighten the cable and take up slack by raising the cable sleeve .
IMPORTANT: Do not place wax guards on sleeves! Wax guards are intended for use on
the tip of the earphone nozzle only. If wax guards are placed on sleeves they will not
function properly and may fall off the sleeves into your ears.
