When connecting with a rear
view camera
If you switch theshift lever to REVERSE (R), the
display on thisunit will automatically switch to
the rear view image. You needto set the
Camera Polarity properlyin the system unit to
use. For details on settings, referto Setting the
rear view camera (back upcamera) on page 40.
You can also switchto the rear view image by
pressing the Touch key. For details, refer to
Using the rear view on page 10.
WARNING
USE INPUT ONLYFOR REVERSE OR MIR-
ROR IMAGE REARVIEW CAMERA. OTHER
USE MAY RESULTIN INJURY ORDAM-
AGE.
CAUTION
! You must usea camera which outputs
mirror reversedimages.
! Thescreen image mayappear reversed.
! Therear view camera function isto be used
as an aid tokeep an eye ontrailers, or while
backing up. Donot use for entertainment
purposes.
! Objectsin the rear view mayappear closer or
more distant thanthey actually are.
