Calling Features
Redialing a Number
You can redial a previously dialed phone number, whether
the call was connected or busy. From the idle display:
Using Caller ID
The calling line identification (caller ID)
feature lets you see who is calling before
you answer.
• If the caller’s name is stored in your phonebook, the
phone automatically displays the
Name
(or
Icon ID
and
a distinctive
Ringer ID
, when one is assigned).
Otherwise, the phone displays the caller’s phone
number. To create or change a phonebook entry, see
page 86.
• If caller ID information is not available, your phone
displays the message
Incoming Call
.
• Outgoing Calls: Other phones can display your
phone number when you call them or send a
