Object Structures Use the Object Structures application to create,
view, modify, and manage the processing logic of
an object structure. An object structure is the
common data layer that the integration framework
uses for all outbound and inbound application data
processing. An object structure consists of one or
more sub-records that develops their XML content
from a particular object.
TASK MANAGEMENT Activities and Tasks Use the Activities and Tasks application to plan,
review, and manage activities and tasks. When
you create an activity, you initiate the work process
and create a historical record of work being
performed.
WORK ORDERS Work Order Tracking Used to plan, review, and approve work orders for
assets and locations
Labor Reporting Used to report the type and total number of hours
of work that was performed by external contractors
or internal employees
Quick Reporting Used to report work on open work orders or small
jobs
Activities and Tasks Used to plan, review, and manage activities that
can initiate the maintenance process and create a
historical record of work being performed
Assignment Manager Used to dispatch urgent work and schedule Labor
to planned work requirements
Service Requests Used to create, view, and resolve service requests
from customers
START CENTER Layout and

Used by an administrator to modify and configure
the layout of the portlets displayed on the Start
Center

Allows access to all User created custom

Setup
Used by an administrator to define/edit the list of
applications displayed in a Favorite Application
