Mode: Direct/Preset/Category

Function:
Puts the desired tuner in one of three modes.
dd = ST, R1, R2, S1, S2
xx = DIRECT, PRESET, CATEGORY (Category mode applies only to SIRIUS module)

Function:
Toggles the DT22 from Preset to Direct or from Direct to Preset.
