BESCHREIBUNG
Das LittleMax 1 System ist ein ultrakompaktes, leistungsstarkes,
passives Satellitensystem zur Beschallung kleiner und mittelgroßer
Auditorien und Events. Das System zeichnet sich durch geringste
Abmessungen und niedriges Gewicht aus. Transport und Aufbau sind
deshalb vollkommen problemlos. Zum Lieferumfang gehören je 2
LM8-2 Fullrange Boxen und LM10-1 Subwoofer, 2 Hochständerrohre
mit Gewindebolzen und jeweils 2 Speakon Lautsprecherleitungen mit
4m und 8m Länge.
Die
LM8-2
ist als hochbelastbares 2-Weg System konzipiert und kann
entweder als Fullrangebox allein, oder zusammen mit einem passiven
Subwoofer (z B. LM10-1), oder als Mittelhochtonteil in aktiven Mehr-
weganlagen eingesetzt werden (empfohlene aktive Übergangsfre-
quenz: 100 -150 Hz ).
Das halbseitig trapezförmig ausgebildete Gehäuse erlaubt auch die
problemlose Anwendung als Monitor insbesondere für Keyboards.
Im Tief-Mitteltonbereich zwischen 80 Hz und 7 kHz arbeitet ein
Dynacord 8" Tieftöner 357794. Der Hochtonbereich ab 7kHz wird von
einem Dynacord HFT 3008 Constant Directivity Hornsystem übertra-
gen. Die Lautsprecherkomponenten sind durch Thermoschalter und
Halogenprotectoren gegen kritische Leistungspegel und kurzzeitige
thermische Überlast geschützt. Das Gehäuse der LM8-2 besteht aus
16 mm Mediapan. Alle Gehäuseverbindungen und Verstrebungen sind
genutet und verleimt. Die Gehäuseoberfläche ist mit strapazierfähigem
schwarz-mattem Strukturallack ausgestattet Die Lautsprecher sind
frontseitig durch ein extrem stabiles, pulverbeschichtetes Metallgitter
geschützt. Das Anschlußfeld der LM8-2 besitzt zwei Speakonbuchsen
für sicheren Anschluß und problemloses Weiterschleifen. Durch den
seitlich versenkten Griff ist ein leichter Transport gewährleistet. 4
großflächige Gummifüße, eine im Boden versenkte Hochständerhülse
sowie die halbseitige Trapezform gestatten unterschiedlichste Auf-
bauvarianten.
Die LM10-1 ist ein Subwoofer mit eingebauter passiver PowerMax 12
Subwoofer Frequenzweiche, höchstem Wirkungsgrad und extrem
kompakten Abmessungen. Als Antrieb des Bassreflexdesigns wird ein
Dynacord 357793 10" Woofer verwendet, der höchste Belastbarkeit,
hohen Wirkungsgrad und geringe Verzerrungen sicherstellt.
Die eingebaute passive PowerMax 12 Frequenzweiche gestattet den
direkten Parallelbetrieb des Subwoofers an Fullrange Kabinetten.
Passive Satellitenanlagen können daher auf einfachste Weise mit
geeigneten Fullrange Kabinetten, beispielsweise LM8-2, aufgebaut
werden. Der Dynacord 357793 10" Woofer ist mit einem Thermoschal-
ter und Halogenprotectoren gegen kritische Leistungspegel und kurz-
zeitige thermische Überlast geschützt. Das Gehäuse ist aus 16mm
Mediapan vernutet, verleimt und innen mehrfach verstrebt aufgebaut,
um störende Gehäuseresonanzen zu eliminieren. Die Gehäuseober-
fläche ist mit einem strapazierfähigem schwarz-mattem Strukturallack
ausgestattet Der Woofer ist frontseitig durch ein extrem stabiles,
pulverbeschichtetes Metallgitter geschützt. Das Anschlußfeld der
LM10-1 besitzt zwei Speakonbuchsen für sicheren Anschluß und
problemloses Weiterschleifen. Auf der Oberseite befindet sich ein
versenkter Gewindeflansch sodaß Satellitensysteme auf einfache
Weise aufgebaut werden können. Durch den seitlich versenkten Griff
ist ein leichter Transport gewährleistet. 4 großflächige Gummifüße
gewährleisten eine hohe Standsicherheit
DESCRIPTION
The LittleMax 1 system is an ultra-compact, powerful, passive satel-
lite system, which is perfect for sound reinforcement applications in
small and medium size venues. The system distinguishes itself by its
most compact dimensions and low weight. Therefore, transport and
set-up are as simple as possible. The shipment includes two LM8-2 full
range loudspeaker systems and LM10-1 sub woofers, two poles with
pole-mount flange and two 4m as well as 8m Speakon speaker cables
each.
The
LM8-2
is a 2-way loudspeaker system with high power handling
capacity that has been designed to be used as stand-alone full range
system, together with a passive sub woofer (e. g. LM10-1) or as Mid/Hi
component in active multi-way setups (recommended active crossover
frequency: 100 - 150 Hz).
Through its half-sided trapezoidal shaped enclosure the LM8-2 is also
suitable as monitor speaker, especially for keyboard applications.
The Lo-Mid range between 80 Hz and 7 kHz is reproduced by a
Dynacord 8" woofer 357794. Hi range frequencies above 7 kHz are
transmitted via a Dynacord HFT 3008 Constant Directivity Horn system.
Thermal breakers and halogen protectors prevent that the loudspeaker
components are damaged by critical output levels and short-term
thermal overload. The cabinet of the LM8-2 is made of 16 mm Media-
pan. All connections of enclosure parts as well as the internal bracing
are slotted and glued together. The cabinet’s surface is coated with
hard-wearing matt black structure lacquer. Front-protection for the
loudspeaker systems is gained through an extremely stable, metal
grille. The terminal board of the LM8-2 provides two Speakon female-
type connectors which ensure a secure connection and trouble-free
carrying the signal through. A recessed handle on the side guarantees
easy transportation. Four heavily dimensioned rubber foot stands, the
pole-mount sleeve-joint that is recessed in the bottom side as well as
the cabinet’s half-sided trapezoidal shape allow a wide variety of
different combinations in the loudspeaker setup.
The LM10-1 is a sub woofer with an integrated passive PowerMax 12
subwoofer frequency crossover, highest efficiency and extreme com-
pact dimensions. The optimally vented cabinet design house a Dyna-
cord 10" woofer 357793, which guarantees highest power handling,
high efficiency, and low distortion. The integrated passive PowerMax
12 crossover allows direct parallel operation of the sub woofer together
with full range cabinets, such as the LM8-2, and easy setup of passive
satellite systems. Thermal breakers and halogen protectors prevent
that the Dynacord 10" woofer 357793 is damaged by critical output
levels and short-term thermal overload. The enclosure is made of 16
mm Mediapan. It is slotted, glued and internally braced to eliminate
unwanted resonances. The cabinet’s surface is coated with hard-wea-
ring matt black structure lacquer. Front-protection for the woofer is
gained through an extremely stable, powder-coated metal grille.
The terminal board of the LM10-1 provides two Speakon female-type
connectors which ensure a secure connection and trouble-free carry-
ing the signal through. In the cabinet’s top is a recessed pole-mount
stand flange allowing to easily establish satellite systems. A recessed
handle on the side guarantees easy transportation. Four heavily dimen-
sioned rubber foot stands ensure reliable stand.
