Mirage
10000
The world’s brightest stereoscopic
3D projector!
Christie’s Mirage 10000 offers the world’s brightest stereoscopic single-
projector solution for power walls, simulation and entertainment
environments. The Mirage 10000 can provide both active or passive
stereoscopic display at a much lower maintenance cost that typical film or
analog 3D solutions today.
Based on XGA 3-chip DLP™ technology, the Mirage 10000 delivers an
unprecedented 10000 ANSI lumens brightness at 1024 x 768 resolution.
Unlike 35mm or 70mm projection technology that requires two film
projectors or other stacked analog projectors to achieve 3D effect, the
Mirage 10000 is fully digital and requires only one projector for cost-
efficient high brightness 3D stereoscopic images.
At the heart of the Mirage 10000 are Christie-designed electronics that provide
high bandwidth, frame rates, pixel and clock speeds resulting in the most
advanced digital signal processing for all types of stereo images. This design
employs dark interval adjustments (DIA™) control that enhances the overall
stereo effect by fine-tuning the critical time between left and right fields.
The Mirage 10000 utilizes a 1900W Xenon illumination system specially
designed to display large stereoscopic images. The Intelligent Lens System
(ILS™) provides the ability to recall focus, zoom and positioning settings of
each source input, allowing the projector to display multiple aspect ratios
correctly sized and positioned on the same screen.
Christie’s own advanced optical alignment technique, known as Spatial Light
Imaging Construction (SLIC™) sets a new quality standard that guarantees
optimum focus and convergence accuracy. The Mirage 10000 delivers the
biggest, brightest images – unmatched performance guaranteed.
