Plantronics Call Center Headsets are available in the
following styles:
Supra Monaural and Binaural Call Center Headsets
feature a fully adjustable headband design for extra
stability. Noise-Canceling models use a unidirectional
microphone mounted on a flexible stem in place of a
voice tube. This eliminates up to 75% of all background
noise. The Polaris models work with systems that have
built-in amplifiers and volume control. These headsets
do not have the Quick Disconnect feature.
TriStar Telephone Headsets feature a three-point-fit
design for ultimate stability. Also available in a Noise-
Canceling model, these headsets rest over-the-ear—and
not in it. TriStar has all the benefits of SoundGuard
®
Plus
and Call Clarity
technologies: speech that’s easy to listen
to and easy to understand.
Encore Monaural and Binaural Call Center Headsets use
a unique Sound Enhancement System
that enables the
wearer to modify the tone of the caller’s voice to a richer,
fuller tone. The base models are equipped with an
adjustable voice tube while the Noise-Canceling models
come with a microphone that eliminates nearly 75% of
all background noise.
