mobile
phone or your desktop phone with the Plantronics
®
Voyager
510SL Bluetooth Headset System.
The ability to switch seamlessly between either phone
makes the headset system perfect for busy offices. You have
fast and easy access to both cellular calls and callers on your
main office line—without having to switch headsets. “Smart”
technology knows which device you’re using and enables you
to take calls from either device at the touch of a button.
Sleek, stylish, and lightweight, the headset can be worn
for extended periods, and it offers up to six hours of talk time
and 100 hours of standby. The headset charges automatically
when placed in the included base’s charging cradle.
As a Bluetooth 1.2 device, the headset is compatible with
other Bluetooth devices, such as laptops, PDAs, and phones,
that support headsets and hands-free technology. Multipoint
technology enables you to switch between multiple voice-
enabled Bluetooth devices or between your desk phone and
a Bluetooth device.
Roam throughout work environment—the wireless headset
works at a range of 33 feet (10 m), enabling you to take and
receive calls wherever you go. To keep it from interfering with

application, the headset supports Adaptive Frequency
Hopping (AFH).

WHAT‘S INCLUDED
The Voyager 510SL Bluetooth Headset System also comes
with a handset lifter so you don’t have to manually answer
or hang up the phone at your desk. Easy to install on most
desktop phones, the lifter takes the phone’s headset off-hook
and automatically notifies you of an incoming call when
you’re away from your desk.
To link the headset to your office phone, the system
includes a telephone cord for plugging in at the rear of the
charging base. A configuration dial on the base enables you
to optimize the sound quality for both you and your caller
when using the Voyager 510SL with a desk phone.
Once paired with another Bluetooth device and a phone,
the headset is easy to control. It features one-touch call
answering and call ending and last-number redial, and you
can control volume using either the headset itself or the
charging base. For truly hands-free calling, the headset also
supports voice-activated dialing functions.
For additional charging options and carrying convenience,
order the Plus version of the headset. It not only includes the
lifter but also a car lighter adapter charger, USB headset
charger, and belt-clip carrying pouch. The handy USB charger
enables you to use your computer’s USB port to charge the
headset.
NOTE: Voice-activated dialing must be supported by your phone
service provider.
