HELLO PROTECTION GOODBYE Fault

2 Caps are suspect C27 (100uF16V) and C31 (470uF 25V)
replace C27 and either replace or take out C31 will solve this problem, Alu caps dry up Tanatlaum is best.

    My television can power on but there is no picture and no sound and the green light keep flashing.
