Subject: Kenwood Car Stereo No. KRC 389 (10 Disc CD Changer)
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a proud owner of your above mentioned Car Stereo, but lately I am facing some problems with it.
The stereo (accommodates 10 CDs) is unable to play the CDs.
a) It keeps on scrolling from CD1 to 10 – this process keeps on going.
b) Or otherwise it shows E02 on the screen.
c) I have also tried to reboot it by pressing the small reboot button but the problem is still there.
d) However the other functions of the system are absolutely fine i.e. Radio (FM 1,2,3 and AM bands) Tape Player – are working normally.
Could you please let me know how could I solve this problem, i.e. if you could tell me the procedure to solve this problem.
Or if you could please send me its Manual booklet at the below mentioned address – I shall highly appreciate it.
