    We bought it used and didn't get a manual nor can I find one online. That's what ours did. We played with it for a while, and found turning it off for a few minutes (like 5-10)and turning it back on again solved the problem (still don't know why it happens. Ours works fine now but still happens once in a while. Just do the same thing again.
