kine socket sparking and ticking

There is a constant ticking sound in the back of the Tv and the screen flickers when ticking. After further investigation I can see a visual sparking (ticking)where the kine socket and the tube meet. This is the kine socket located underneath the blue lamp. Can I replace the tube to correct this problem? Is there a manual for this TV?
