Clarion Stereo Amplifier APA2104

problem with amp

my amp when hooked up the power comes on and then you turn the stereo on you don't get any thing out of it but when you put your hand against the sub you can feel vibration to the beat of the music as if its trying to work but it just not working please give me some info thanks alot. ps its the clarion proaudio apa2104
