  can;t give the manual but here are instructions for setting clock.
  
  1. press SOURCE and hold until the unit turns off.
  
  2. press AUDIO and hold until clock appears in the display.
  
  3. press left or right arrow key to select segment of clock display you wish to set (Hour or minute).
  
  4. Press up or down arrow to set clock to desired time (up increases hour or minute, down decreases)
  
  To cancel clock setting, pess BAND or hold down AUDIO until unit turns off.
  
  To turn CLOCK display on or off, press CLOCK
