    I have been searching for the manual too. I am going to call customer service tomorrow. If I find it I will let you know. My device will not accept voice commands either. And I can't figure out what the beeps or flashing lights mean.

    This manual is for the Jabra BT2010 but its functions are very similar to the BT185Z. Gives info. on meaning of lights and defines what tap, press, and press and hold mean.
