i need help

hello my name is travis and i have a technics sa-gx490 sournd sytem. and when i have both speakers pluged in and press the sournd boton its says error. and when i onely have one speaker pluged in. the soround will work. what do u think is the problem?

In my opinion, you using speakers with low impedance.Try another pair of speakers with higher, probably 8 Ohm impedance.
