Question About Trane Thermostat baysenso19b
Moving the thermostat...

I've moved this thermostat, connected same color wire to original posts and now there is nothing happening - any helps? ideas? manuals?

0 There is no power coming in - I checked terminals 11 & 14 on this unit - nada! I checked the same terminals on other stats in this building and they showed power. I've now checked all the breakers in this building and nothing is showing as tripped. WHat's next for this obvious noob - shoot, I'm not even a noob - I'm just trying to move the stat for a friend. Any help? Please? Thanks.
