A Fuse on CMTHPX9 Mini CD Component System??

Neighborhood lost electricity due to tree falling on high voltage power lines. Not sure if we got a surge or not. Lights did flicker before going out. Everything seemed to survive except the Mini CD system. Power light just flashes. Is there a fuse for this system? Is it worth trying to get repaired or is the unit just toast.
