lost conection ... ? no controls will work

listening to cds, power will not turn on, but still has power to display clock.

    i was listening to cds on it one night an i went to switch cds an it would change disk. or turn off, now i can't turn it on, but it still able to display the clock. somebody told me it may be a blown fuse but i dont know how to get to it or what size it may take>
