• getting out of demo mode
  
  
  1. Press the B.Boost button (bottom row, rightmost button) for at least 1 second. It should say "MENU".
  2. Press the top or bottom of the Control Knob (above the B.Boost button) until it says "DEMO".
  3. Press the centre of the Control Knob for at least 2 seconds.
  The Demo mode should now be off!

  Thanks for that, but Menu isn't one of the options. I emailed Kenwood and they told me to go into standby mode first. Then it works. Hope it helps someone else.
