Can You Help With This Problem?

    razr camera
    The motorola razr camera phone doesn't send pictures. When you take a picture it won't send to an e-mail address or to a phone. There seems to bea problem with the camera because it will not send pictures! I tried many times. I need to know why it wont send my pictures.
