Can You Help With These Problems?

  Contrast on the screen
  When setting up the player, I was working with the contrast option and the screen went completely grey. I can't view any thing on the screen no matter what I do. Can you advise what to do in this situation?

  Caller ID does not work
  Purchased phone 12/27/08 from ABC Warehouse. After following instructions for set up, Caller ID does not work. Shows no calls after several attempts from another phone number. Date & time and "Timer" appear.
